Chad Eckhardt has been in the casino industry for over 19 years, beginning his career as a night security officer in 1999. Transferring into a Valet Supervisor role upon the opening of Little River’s interim casino later in the year, he started the first valet and shuttle bus operation there. In 2000, Chad began his role in the marketing department as a Special Events Coordinator and quickly transitioned into a role as one of the first casino hosts, and soon became the Executive Host before taking over as the Player Development Manager. Chad has also held positions as the Comp Committee Chairman, written several operational policies and procedures for marketing, as well as heading the Players Club operations and being involved with several renovations at Little River Casino Resort over the years. With his newly added host initiative, Chad has created a two part approach to V.I.P. guest service by creating a retention team as well as a team dedicated to growth. The new approach to V.I.P. marketing as a sales function has delivered consistent growth in revenue and trips from the top tier segments. Chad and his team strive to provide their valued guests with the BEST personalized entertainment experience possible.
