Lauren has worked in the gaming industry for over 10 years and joined the Station Casinos, Inc. Corporate Senior Leadership team in 2015; Lauren had started her gaming career with the same company in 2005 and left in 2012 to learn further niches of the gaming world. She “returned home” in January of 2015. In this role, she oversees the Interactive, Digital & Experiential initiatives for the luxury, standard, value and tavern brands of the company. Her main responsibility is to drive the company into the technology space by implementing strategies on: gaming experience development using new technologies, brand perseverance in a social and digital space, creating customer loyalty and acquisition activations on properties and creating brand loyalty and acknowledgement in creative and unusual ways. Lauren’s ultimate goal is to prove that passion, creativity and creating memorable experiences utilizing non-traditional marketing methodology and to transform the way the industry thinks as a whole.
Prior, Lauren served as the Vice President of Marketing and Entertainment for both Golden Nugget Las Vegas & Laughlin (2014-2015) and Aliante Casino + Hotel (2013-2014).
Westerfield graduated Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with degrees in Communication and Spanish.
