Scott is just finishing up his 31st year in Gaming, he began this career in 1987 with various roles in hosting and player development, then transitioned into the operational side of gaming in 1991 with the transition of Little Six Casino to class III gaming; and then to its evolvement into Mystic Lake Casino. After 7yrs at Mystic Lake in senior positions within Table Games, he then moved on to a Director role at The Mill Casino in Oregon. In 2000, Scott took a VP role with Grand Casinos and the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, and now in his 19th year with the Mille Lacs Band has evolved into a corporate gaming development role with Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures, the parent company of Grand Casinos of Minnesota.
