Darrel Kammeyer is the Executive Director of Customer Engagement for Wind Creek Hospitality. He brings over 30 years of data-driven customer relationship and brand marketing experience leading organizations to undergo transformational change by investing in innovative technology to facilitate customer centricity and loyalty.
Darrel’s expertise includes spearheading the creation of a corporate marketing infrastructure vital for all aspects of casino, hotel and airline marketing activities including complex deployments for: customer data warehouses, frequent flyer & hotel loyalty programs, casino player clubs and online gaming platforms.
In emerging interactive technologies, Darrel has spearheaded all facets of digital marketing by building mobile, social, online casino, and digital marketing teams, while also undertaking complex endeavors in business intelligence, big data discovery, as well as implementing machine-learning algorithms to optimize reinvestment and increase player profitability.
Darrel has served as a senior corporate executive at large publicly held companies including Thai Airways International (Bangkok, Thailand), United Airlines (Los Angeles, CA), Argosy Gaming, Isle of Capri Casinos (St Louis, MO), Ameristar Casinos (Las Vegas, NV), Prairie Band, Casino (Mayetta, KS), Mohegan Sun (Mystic, CT). Before joining Wind Creek Hospitality, Darrel was the VP of Industry Solutions for Hospitality & Gaming clients for MicroStrategy and a Corporate Executive Director at Teradata.
