Vice President Systems Division - North America
Kelly Shaw has served nearly 20 years in the Gaming Industry’s most innovative manufacturing company, Aristocrat Technologies starting out as Marketing Director, then moving into technology sales with the Oasis systems business in multiple roles as Sales Account Executive, Sales Director, General Manager, Vice President of Products and Sales and ultimately into a broad portfolio sales leadership role of Vice President North America Systems and Games Sales Divisions. Kelly recently assumed the leadership role for the entirety of the systems business with services, sales, product marketing and commercialization under her span of control. Shaw and her team of 200+ team members are focused on strategic competitive differentiation through unique systems technologies.
Ms. Shaw was named the Casino Enterprise Management magzine’s 8th Annual Great Women of Gaming for her proven leadership. She has also been recognized for her record-breaking revenue success with the Aristocrat’s Oasis 360 Systems business over many years. She is currently a member of the National Association of Professional Women, serves on the mentorship committee for Global Gaming Women (AGA) and is an executive sponsor of the Diversity and Inclusion Council for Aristocrat.
She is a graduate of Eastern University in St. Davids, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with minors in Marketing and Psychology. She resides with her family in Las Vegas, Nevada.
