Casey has more than 24 years of hospitality industry experience across a spectrum of hospitality assets, including small scale, limited-service hotels up to fully integrated, multi-billion-dollar resorts, allowing him to acquire a unique skill to create best-in-class customer experiences.
He currently works as the Interim Chief Marketing Officer for The Hippodrome Casino in London, where he is tasked with implementing change management initiatives; rethinking and reinvigorating the property’s customer engagement to achieve a materially impactful uplift in revenue and EBITDA.
Prior to The Hippodrome he was the Vice President of Casino Marketing at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, overseeing the internal and external sales efforts. These efforts advanced casino revenue growth, which exponentially outpaced the competition.
In 2010 Casey was the Vice President of Customer Development for Kerzner International at The Atlantis, Paradise Island. Creating new revenue opportunities by participating in database marketing and sales efforts that led to over 10MM in incremental gaming revenue in one year.
His early career consists of over 18 years with Caesars Entertainment in various roles in Atlantic City, as well as the opening of the company’s South Florida and Atlanta branch offices, which produced immediate results for the organization; elevating Casey to the Vice President of Customer Development role at Caesars Palace in 2001.
