Director of Marketing
Michael Ka’ahanui’s extensive leadership experience includes more than 20 years of casino management. With a record of significant cost savings while achieving increased revenue, Michael currently serves as Director of Marketing for Muckleshoot Casino, the largest gaming facility in the Northwest. As part of his role, he is leading a dramatic re-envisioning of the department, from functionality to creative direction.
Previously, Michael served as Director of Relationship Marketing for Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Lincoln, California where he blended superior guest service and analysis with state-of-the-art, database-driven outreach campaigns.
In 2004 as Director of Guest Development for Pala Casino Spa Resort, Michael proved instrumental in designing the first, dedicated Asian Marketing program in the Southern California market, producing 50% growth.
Michael’s gaming career began with Caesars Entertainment where his background in computer science, guest service and public relations advanced the company’s efforts in a variety of departments across multiple regions.
