Jim joined the Nevada Gaming Control Board in 2000 and was appointed to Chief of the Board’s Technology Division in 2011. Jim was instrumental in developing the regulations for interactive gaming and the regulations establishing the criteria and processes for the use of Independent Testing laboratories in Nevada. Previously, he worked as a design engineer in the area of digital image processing.
Jim received his Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering from UNLV and is a member of the UNLV College of Engineering Advisory Board.
