With a B.S. in Marketing from San Diego State University and a Certificate from the UNLV Hospitality and Casino Leadership Program, Simon has spent 12 years in the gaming industry helping organizations combine objective analytical and statistical insight with creative, multi-channel execution in order to realize measurable Marketing results. Throughout his career, he has directed analytics and execution for offer-, event-, and promotion-based marketing initiatives; led the investigation of key segment indicators in the development of improved offer segmentation models; and managed all marketing and advertising efforts, leveraging his organizations’ customer data. Through such efforts, his teams have been recognized with multiple Romero Awards for Excellence in Casino Marketing, San Diego AMA American Marketer of the Year Awards of Excellence, and American Gaming Association Communication Awards.
